It is composed of the province-based Independent Chinese Secondary Schools \uff08Referred to as ICSS\uff09Boards of Management registered in Sarawak or any ICSS board of directors registered in Sarawak. The directors of the Chinese Independent School Boards are elected internally and appointed by other relevant organizations.
